Warranty Coverage

This Limited Warranty offers protection for key mechanical and electrical components of your vehicle, as specified in this document. Covered components include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Engine
    Coverage includes the cylinder block, cylinder heads, and all internal components; crankshaft and camshaft bearings; connecting rods and pistons; valve train components; timing gears, chain or belt, and timing cover; oil pump and housing; intake and exhaust manifolds; flywheel; water pump; harmonic balancer; valve covers; oil pan; engine mounts; and turbocharger or supercharger housings, including internal parts.
  • Fuel Delivery System
    Includes the fuel pump, electronic fuel injection (EFI) sensors and control units, fuel pressure regulators, fuel sending unit, and diesel injection pump.
  • Transmission / Transaxle / Transfer Case
    Covers the transmission case and all internal components; input and output shafts; clutches; bands; governor; thrust bearings and washers; torque converter; modulator; mounts; solenoid pack; electronic control unit; and oil pan.
  • Front-Wheel Drive System
    Includes the final drive housing and internal components; axle shafts and bearings; constant velocity (CV) joints; differential; and housing.
  • Rear-Wheel Drive System
    Coverage includes axle shafts and bearings; drive axle housing and internal components; side and pinion gears; limited-slip differential components; propeller shafts; universal joints; center support bearings; and yokes.
  • Brake System
    Includes the master cylinder, brake booster, wheel cylinders, and disc brake calipers.
  • Electrical System
    Covers the starter motor and solenoid, alternator or generator, voltage regulator, windshield wiper motors, ignition switch and lock cylinder, ignition control module, distributor, and emergency flasher switch.
  • Air Conditioning System (Factory-Installed)
    Includes the compressor, clutch and bearing, condenser, evaporator, accumulator, receiver-drier, system switches, and the control programmer.

Eligibility
Only vehicles that are 10 model years old or newer and have an odometer reading between 0 and 100,000 miles at the time of purchase are eligible for coverage under this Limited Warranty.

Exclusions from Coverage
This Limited Warranty does not cover:

Duration of Coverage
This Limited Warranty is valid for a period of 20 months from the date of purchase or 20,000 miles, whichever occurs first. This warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

  • Regular maintenance and wear items, including but not limited to oil changes, filters, wiper blades, brake pads, belts, tires, and bulbs.
  • Damage arising from accidents, misuse, neglect, improper or insufficient maintenance, unauthorized repairs, or modifications.
  • Costs related to towing, rental vehicles, lodging, or alternative transportation.
  • Vehicles used for commercial purposes, ride-sharing, delivery, racing, off-road, or any activity beyond the manufacturer’s intended use.
  • Secondary or consequential damages caused by the failure of a covered part.
  • Damage resulting from natural disasters, fire, theft, vandalism, or other uncontrollable events

Filing a Warranty Claim
To initiate a warranty claim, you must contact Modern Corporation Auto Sales directly. The vehicle must be brought to an authorized Modern Corporation Auto Sales service center for inspection and evaluation. All repairs must be performed by certified technicians or service providers approved by Modern Corporation Auto Sales. Any unauthorized repairs, modifications, or alterations will result in the voiding of this Limited Warranty.

Out-of-State Buyers
Modern Corporation Auto Sales collaborates with official dealers and authorized repair shops to provide warranty service for out-of-state customers. If a covered component fails within 20 months or 20,000 miles (whichever occurs first) from the date the customer receives the vehicle, Modern Corporation Auto Sales will be responsible for repair costs only when performed by official dealers of the vehicle’s make.

  • Nissan Motor Corporation: Nissan, Infiniti
  • Hyundai Motor Group: Hyundai, Kia, Genesis
  • Volkswagen Group: Volkswagen, Audi, Porsche, Bentley, Lamborghini
  • BMW Group: BMW, MINI, Rolls-Royce
  • Mercedes-Benz Group: Mercedes-Benz, Smart
  • Jaguar Land Rover: Jaguar, Land Rover
  • Volvo Cars: Volvo
  • Subaru Corporation: Subaru
  • Mazda Motor Corporation: Mazda

Repairs carried out by non-official or unauthorized service providers will not be covered under this Limited Warranty.

Limitation of Liability
Modern Corporation Auto Sales responsibility under this Limited Warranty is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of defective covered parts, at its sole discretion. Modern Corporation Auto Sales shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages, including loss of use of the vehicle.

20-Day Trial Period
The purchaser is entitled to a 20-day trial period beginning on the date of purchase or delivery, whichever occurs first. During this period, the purchaser may evaluate the vehicle. If unsatisfied, the vehicle may be returned within the 20-day period, provided it is in the same condition as at delivery. Excessive mileage or damage may result in deductions or fees from the original purchase price. The return process must be initiated by contacting Modern Corporation Auto Sales customer service team within the 20-day period.

Acknowledgment
This Limited Warranty is offered in addition to rights provided under applicable consumer protection laws. By signing the purchase agreement, the purchaser acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted the terms and limitations of this Limited Warranty.
